FYI: In August of 2013 I graduated from Metropolitan State University with a Bachelors Degree from the College of Independent Study with a focus on creativity and the brain. What I learned from this experience is that the creative process is good for the development and the longevity of the mind. Studies show problem-solving through creativity can make new synaptic connections located in the brain. In other words exercising creativity has a positive effect on the brain. I like to promote creative art involvement for everyone. You don’t have to be any good, just participate, work through the process and enjoy yourself and the friends you meet along the way.

Go forward and create, it’s good for you!
